No, sorry all payments are paid through PayPal. If you don't have an account with PayPal you can still use their services. On the login page to PayPal in the bottom left hand corner it will say "Don't have a PayPal account?" under the sentence with be "continue checkout" that will lead you to an alternative page sequence to make your payment.
4.How can I cancel my order that I just made?
Email to the order@thirsttshirts.co.uk Please let us know your name, address, transaction ID and why you would like to cancel the order. We will send an 'Acknowledgement' email within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) confirming that your order has been cancelled. Your card will be refunded for the full order amount.
5.Where is my Order?
Please wait 7-10 working days for U.K and european coutries and 10-15 for International coutries from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. It is possible that your post office has tried to deliver the item to you and left a card. Sometimes these cards are misplaced by error. So, please contact your local post office to enquire if your order is awaiting for collection. Please email us to enquiries@thirsttshirts.co.uk stating name, address, Transaction ID and date the order was placed. We aim to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours. (Monday to Friday)
6.How do I return an item to you for exchange/ refund?
Please email us to order@thirsttshirts.co.uk stating your name, address, Transaction ID and why you would like to exchange for/refund. We will then email you within 24hrs (Monday-Friday) with details. Exchanges will be processed within 5 working days.
7.I can't return the item within the 14 days return period?
If you are unable to return an item within the 14 days return period please email us to equiries@thirsttshirts.co.uk stating name, address, transaction ID and explaining the cirumstances and the date that you will be able to return the item.
8.I've been sent a incorrect/ faulty item?
Please email us to order@thirsttshirts.co.uk stating name, address and Transaction ID. We will then email you within 24hrs (Monday-Friday) with details. Please return damaged goods to us within 10 days of email. The correct T-shirt that was order will be despatched to you within 5 working days.
9.Can I include a note with my Order?
No, unfortunately not at this time.
10.I can't find the size/ design of t-shirt?
If you have a query of an item/size which isn't available, please email us to equiries@thirsttshirts.co.uk Please quote the name and description of the item you are enquiring about. We aim to reply to enquiries within 48 hours. (Monday to Friday).
11.When will my card get charged?
Your card will get charged as soon as you have purchase the item. You will receive an email from PayPal confirming that you have sucessfully paid. The email will have your transaction ID on it.
12.What name will appear on my card statements?
The name on the card stament will be PayPal*Thirst T-shirts
13.How does the currency conversion work?

14.Can I collect my Order from your shop/warehouse?
No, sorry we don't have any shops and we cannot receive any customers at our warehouse.
