Return Policy
Warranties- Returns, Lost and Damages
In the event of any of your items were lost, damages in transit or exchange please contact us immediately by email to order@thirsttshirts.co.uk stating your name, address, Transaction ID and the enquiry.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your item is damage when arrived to you please send the item back with the printed email that we send you with instructions and address on where to send it back. We will send you a replacement item in return or a full refund.
LOST GOODS
Please wait 7-10 working days for U.K and European countries and 10-15 for International countries from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. We will send you a replacement item in return or a full refund.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGED
If you are not happy with your goods (unwore), please email us and return the goods within 14 days of purchase with the printed email that we send you with instructions and address on where to send it back. E xchanges will be processed within 5 working days. We do not refund P&P costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent.
Please note we will not be able to refund or exchange any goods that have been damaged by the customer (stains, deodorant marks). The goods must returned to us in a saleable condition. The items are you responsibility until we have received the items, we advise that you us a postal service that insures your goods and recorded delivery
