Thirst Tshirts is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not ask for any information to browse our website. Only when purchasing a product to will need your information.
We do not hold any of you credit/ debit cards information. All payment is processed through PayPal. If you choose to process your order, we will never sell, trade, or share any of your personal information with any other company or organization.
We only collect your information (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) to process your order to the highest standard possible. We will not email you with any future information unless you have given your full consent. You may refuse at anytime to cancel future emails.
You may at anytime email us about the information that we hold, if information is not correct we can either delete or correct it as you require.
This privacy policy applies from 1st April 2009. We may amend our policy at any time so we would advise you to regularly view our most up to date policy.
Currencies & Prices
All prices on the website are shown in £ sterling (GBP). Thirst Tshirt have the right at any time to change these prices without notice.
PayPal will process your order and convert it to your currency using the exchange rate that that present time. Please check will PayPal of there exchange rate.
All U.K orders under £17.99 will not be charged VAT*. Orders of £17.99 will be charged 15% VAT at checkout. *Please note on some occasions some postal services will charge an small fee on delivery for VAT.
Warranties- Returns, Lost and Damages
In the event of any of your items were lost, damages in transit or exchange please contact us immediately by email to order@thirsttshirts.co.uk stating your name, address, Transaction ID and the enquiry.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your item is damage when arrived to you please send the item back with the printed email that we send you with instructions and address on where to send it back. We will send you a replacement item in return or a full refund.
LOST GOODS
Please wait 7-10 working days for U.K and European countries and 10-15 for International countries from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. We will send you a replacement item in return or a full refund.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGED
If you are not happy with your goods, please email us and return the goods within 14 days of purchase with the printed email that we send you with instructions and address on where to send it back. E xchanges will be processed within 5 working days. We do not refund P&P costs unless an incorrect or faulty item was sent.
Please note we will not be able to refund or exchange any goods that have been damaged by the customer (stains, deodorant marks). The goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition. The items are your responsibility until we have received the items, we advise that you use a postal service that insures your goods and recorded delivery.

We do not accept orders by telephone or post. All orders are made through our website. We only supply goods that advertised on our website.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and by using the Website you agree to submit to the exclusive of the courts of England and Wales.
